SHIPPING POLICY

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 working days
- Shipping time: 3-7 working days
- Processing time: 2-4 working days
- Shipping time: 8-20 working days(ship from factory)
If there is no stock in the warehouse, we need to deliver the goods from the factory, which will take 14 business days.

Do I need to pay customs or import charges for my order?
The JTF online store covers all customs, duties and taxes for all customers. No additional fees will be surcharged after order placement.
Price displayed at checkout is final.
Where are the products coming from?
The shipping locations of JTF online store are currently from global JTF warehouse.
Due to COVID-19, the global delivery time may be one or two weeks longer than before.
Generally, we deliver the package from the United States, Europe, China. The delivery time only takes 3-7 working days.
