There’s an issue with my JTF, what do I do?

How long should I charge my JTF after it runs out of batteries?
Once your JTF runs out of batteries we suggest letting it charge for a full day.
How long does a full charge last?
It depends on frequency and length of use, but your toothbrush should last at least one month and up to three month, brushing twice a day.
How often should I change my toothbrush head?
ADA recommend replacing your toothbrush head at least every 3 months to keep your mouth healthy and clean. When you subscribe, you can choose to get a new toothbrush head every 1, 2, or 3 months.
How do I replace my electric toothbrush head?
To remove the brush head, firmly hold the brush head and pull it upwards away from the handle. To add a new brush head, slide your replacement brush head down onto the handle.
Is JTF water/shower proof?
Yes, you can use your JTF Electric Toothbrush in the shower. It has a water proof level of IPX7 which means this product can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes.
Are JTF brush heads compatible with other electric toothbrush brands?
Our brush heads only work with a JTF toothbrush, and our electric toothbrush only works with JTF brush heads.
I just started using my JTF and my gums are bleeding. What should I do?
In the first few days of using your electric toothbrush, your gums may bleed slightly. In general, bleeding should stop after a few days. Should it persist after 2 weeks, please consult your dentist or dental hygienist.
I have sensitive teeth and gums. Can I use an electric toothbrush?
If you have any concerns before using our devices we advise you to contact your dental professional for professional advice. For sensitive teeth and inflamed gums, you should be able to use JTF devices with little to no issues.
What happens if i leave my JTF electric toothbrush on charge constantly?
We recommended not to leave your JTF Toothbrush on charge constantly however it should not do any harm or damage to your device. If you would like to leave your toothbrush on its charging stand we suggest to ensure it is switched off at the wall.
How do i care for my JTF devices?
Keep your JTF devices clean after every use. Remember to charge them at a consistent rate. Change your brush heads and jet tips at the recommended times to maintain oral health. If you are traveling with your devices placing them in a travel case will help deter wear and tear damage.
